The following real Madrid players have been called up to represent their countries for the international matches in October. Courtois and Hazard (Belgium) and Benzema (France) will come up against each other in the Final Four of the Nations League. Elsewhere, Alaba (Austria), Modrić (Croatia), Jović (Serbia), Casemiro, Vini Jr. and Militão (Brazil), and Valverde (Uruguay) will play qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. Camavinga will play two qualifiers for France under-21s for the 2023 UEFA European Championship.

France-Belgium (Thursday 7 October, 8:45pm)
Benzema, Courtois and Hazard will face each other sa France take on Belgium in the Nations League semi-final. The match will be played at the Allianz Stadium in Turin on Thursday. The winner will face the winner of Italy v Spain in the final on Sunday 10 October, with the loser contesting the third and fourth place play-offs on the same day.
 
Cyprus-Croatia (Friday, October 8, 8:45pm)
Croatia-Slovakia (Monday, October 11, 8:45pm)

Luka Modrić is set to feature for Croatia in two qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. The Croatian national team will first take on Cyprus at the AEK Arena before hosting Slovakia at the Gradski Stadium in Osijek.
 
Faroe Islands-Austria (Saturday, October 9, 8:45pm)
Denmark-Austria (Tuesday, October 12, 8:45pm)

David Alaba will be in action in the qualifiers for the World Cup in Qatar. The Austrian will kick off against the Faroe Islands at the Tórsvøllur stadium before visiting the Parken Stadion in Copenhagen to take on Denmark.
 
Luxembourg-Serbia (Saturday, October 9, 8:45pm)
Serbia-Azerbaijan (Tuesday, October 12, 8:45 pm)

Jović has been called up by Serbia for two World Cup qualifiers with his first match away against Luxembourg. After that, the Real Madrid forward will face Azerbaijan at the Rajko Mitić stadium in Belgrade.

Casemiro, Vini Jr. and Militão have been called up by Brazil for three World Cup qualifiers. The Brazilians will start with a trip to Venezuela and, two days later travel to Colombia. In their final game, they will host Valverde’s Uruguay at the Arena Amazônia in Manaus.

Valverde will also be in action during this international break in the World Cup qualifiers. The Uruguayan’s take on Colombia at the Gran Parque Central in their first match. The last two games are away against Argentina and Brazil, where he will come up against Casemiro, Vini Jr. and Militão.
 
France under-21s-Ukraine (Friday 8 October, 6:30pm)
Serbia-France under-21s (Tuesday 12 October, 6:30pm)

Camavinga has been called up to represent France Under-21 for two matches in the qualifiers for the 2023 UEFA European Under-21 Championship. They will first take on Ukraine at the Stade Francis-Le Blé before visiting the Partizan Stadium in Belgrade to play Serbia.
